How to Add SKU Mappings

1. Note

* Only the authorized and enabled accounts can add SKU mapping;

* Only the orders which have added SKU mapping can be synced on SaleYee. Please maintain the SKU mapping relationship in advance.

* The quantity of SKU mapping is the quantity of SaleYee SKU corresponding to your selling platform. For example, if one SKU on your selling platform includes 2 SaleYee SKUs, please fill in 2; that is, you pack two SaleYee SKUs into one for sale on your selling platform. (If not, please fill in "1" by default.)

2. Add SKU mapping manually

Step 1: Log in to SaleYee and click "My SaleYee" and "SKU mapping"

Step 2: Click "Add SKU mapping" button；

Step 3: Select the platform and account to add SKU mapping, then, enter the platform SKU. Please note that only "Authorized" accounts are shown here；

Step 4: Enter the corresponding SaleYee SKU and quantity, click "Save" to save the SKU mapping or click "Add" to add another SaleYee SKU and quantity.

3. Import SKU mapping in bulk

Step 1: Click "Import template download" to download the import template；

Step 2: Fill in the downloaded Excel form as required. Please note that the format should be SaleYee SKU *1, even when there is one SaleYee SKU;

Step 3: Click "Import SKU mapping in bulk" button to upload the excel form；

*Please fill in the downloaded Excel form as required in other sheets to avoid an error;

* Please pay attention to the tips if an error occurred and re-upload it after changing the corresponding information.
