Introduction to the Order Process
The overall process of placing an order on the SaleYee platform generally includes the following 7 steps: Login - Download the data package of the product - Publish - Place an order - Submit an order - Pay for the order-dispatch.
Step 1: Log in to SaleYee platform;
Step 2: Select products and download data packages;
Step 3: Publish SaleYee product information on your online store based on the guideline required on your marketplace.
Step 4: When you make a sale on your online store, go to place an order on SaleYee.
4 Ordering Methods:
A. Use Shopping Cart;
B. Bulk Order;
C. Platform Sync Orders;
D. Order via API;
Only available for VIP3 level above; please refer to your account manager for details;
Step 5: Submit the order;
Different ordering methods are submitted in different ways. Here is an example of using shopping cart for ordering:
1) Enter the delivery address;
2) Select the selling platform;
3) Check the order amount and submit;
Step 6: Pay the order;
You can choose any of the following payment methods to complete the payment:
Step 7: Dispatch;
Please pay attention to the latest order status in [My SaleYee]-[Order Management]-[My Order].
