Operation Guide for Self-pickup Function

1.Product List Page - Product Selection

Enter the product list page, select "Self-pickup" in the transaction mode, and you can filter out all product SKUs that support self-pickup business on the platform;

The price displayed on the product list page is the self-pickup price;

2.Product order - Self-pickup order

Enter the product details page, click the "Shipping Logistics" option box, select "Self-Pick up", and the price will show the self-pickup price;

Determine the number of label files required based on the number of parcels shipped; (e.g., if the number of parcel shipped is 1, when the quantity is selected as 1, 1 label file is required; if the number of parcels shipped is 3, when the quantity is selected as 2, 6 label files are required;)

Click "Buy Now" to enter the order submission page. Please fill in the delivery information and order information correctly. You need to fill in the "Logistics Method" and "Logistics Tracking Number" correctly and upload the corresponding number of Label files; (Please be sure to fill in the logistics method and logistics tracking number correctly to avoid abnormal delivery)

After confirming that the information is correct, click Submit Order and pay the order amount.

3.Self-pickup order - batch order

1.Click the "batch order" button to enter the batch order page. Click "download template" to download the batch order form;

2.Fill in the batch order template:

Fill in the batch upload template according to the order information, please note:

⑴. For self-pickup orders, the delivery logistics must select "Self-Pick up", that is, the corresponding delivery logistics code is GP90654;

⑵. The sales platform needs to be filled in  truthfully;

⑶. Whether to pick up by yourself should be filled in "Yes";

⑷. The Label file is named with the customer's customized order number so that the subsequent upload of the Label file can be more efficient and accurate.

3.Click the "Upload File" button to upload the completed batch order form;

4.After uploading the file, you can confirm whether the order has been uploaded successfully based on the information in the following area. If it fails, you need to check whether the format and content are correct. If there are no problems with the filling and it still cannot be uploaded, please contact your business manager for processing.

5.After uploading the order successfully, enter the "My Orders" page, select the "To be Paid" tab, and filter out the self-pickup orders for subsequent label file upload.

6.Click "Upload Label" to upload the label file for the corresponding self-pickup order. Please correctly fill in the "Logistics Method" and "Logistics Tracking Number" and upload the corresponding number of label files; (Please be sure to fill in the logistics method and logistics tracking number correctly to avoid abnormal delivery)

7.In the "To be Paid" orders, there will be a quantity prompt for the self-pickup orders that have not uploaded the label. Please complete the upload of the label file in time.

After uploading the label file, click "Process to Merge Payment" to complete the batch payment for the self-pickup order.

2.Notes

1.The self-pickup price of the product supports reservation, but the grouping inventory only supports self-pickup orders. Reservation for non-self-pickup product prices does not support self-pickup orders for the time being. The platform is stepping up service optimization and will support reservation inventory sharing in the future;

2.Self-pickup orders currently support manual orders, API orders, and batch orders, but do not support platform sync orders. The platform is stepping up service optimization and will support all ordering methods in the future;

3.For self-pickup orders, please be sure to filter the price with the logistics method of "Self-Pickup" to place an order to avoid abnormal delivery due to incorrect logistics methods;

4.The number of label files uploaded must be submitted strictly according to the "number of shipped packages" marked on the product details page to avoid some packages being unable to be shipped due to insufficient label files;

5.When submitting an order, please be sure to fill in the correct "logistics method and tracking number" to avoid delivery delays due to abnormal logistics information;
