What is RL?
What is RL?
RL is the abbreviation of the return label; for after-sales issues due to the SaleYee Dropshipping Platform or suppliers, SaleYee customer service will provide the return label but cannot arrange for a door-to-door collection. Thus it requires the end customer to return the parcel to the nearest designated sites (with logistics tracking available) within 15 business days since receiving the RL; any overdue returning will be objected.
