How to buy After-sales Protection Services?
1. Please note:
(1)After-sales Service Terms and Conditions on SaleYee have been upgraded;
(2)If you select the protection services, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to the rules of the service.
(3)If you do not need protection services, please uncheck the box.
(4)Return Protection Service applies to the returns which are not caused by product quality;
Compensation is 65% of the order amount; the service fee is 2% of the total order amount;
(5)Logistics Protection Service applies to the orders which are shown “delivered”, but the end customer doesn't receive them.
Compensation is 100% of the order amount; the service fee is 2% of the total order amount;
2. How to buy after-sales protection services via different order methods?
(1)Manual Orders
Choose after-sale protection services on the “Submit order” page;
(2)Platform Sync Orders
Click “Create order”, and choose the after-sale protection services in the popup;
(3)Bulk Orders
a.Check the protection service codes;
b.Fill in the after-sale protection service codes;
(4)API Orders
a.Add protection services: add the after-sale protection service codes on the “Create order” page;
b.Inquiry protection services: “protection services details” added on the “Inquiry orders” interface;
