Click "Withdraw" in "Billing" - "My balance" to withdraw the balance from your account.
The balance can be withdrawn, but only to the payment method of your original payment.
Therefore, please complete the information on your payment account.
In normal cases, the accounting department will finish processing the refund within 1 or 2 days.
If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
Special tip: The amount will be temporarily frozen for the withdrawal, and deducted after successful withdrawal. In case of withdrawal failure, the amount in the balance will be unfrozen.
